How do I rent?

You’ll find everything you need to know when renting our items here.

How can I pay for my rental?

Full payment is due upfront at the time of purchase. We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay, Venmo and Visa. We do not accept personal checks or payment onsite.

What is your delivery radius?

We deliver for free within 35 miles of our warehouse in Copley, Ohio. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, contact us with the venue address and we will be happy to let you know and provide a delivery quote if it does not qualify.

What if my venue is further than the free 35 mile delivery radius with my rental?
If your location exceeds 35 miles, we charge $2/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles. This includes delivery to downtown Cleveland, Cuyahoga Falls, downtown Akron and some of Canton.

When will you pick up my rentals after my event?

Pickup included with your rental is at 9:00PM, times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for an additional fee.

What are the fees for pickups after 9:00pm?

After the pickup time of 9:00PM has passed, an additional $50 charge per hour will begin. However, we will work with your venue for next-day pickup to help you avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on if the venue will allow and if the items are reserved the following day. If additional fees will apply those will be invoiced separately.

Can I see the items in person?

We do not offer in-person meetings. We strive to provide you with clear, precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @ReveryRentalsWe do participate in open houses at different venues and events. Please subscribe to our newsletter or email us for an upcoming open house date. 

Can I request a different floral arrangement to be custom made for my event?

At this time, we are not offering custom faux floral arrangements, but we are working on adding more variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon!

We do offer an add-on service that incorporates accent colors and floral varieties to any of our existing rentals, this can help match your fresh floral bouquets and centerpieces with our rentals. Check it out on our Add-Ons page.

 

There is an Altar/Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it, can you make it for me?

We would love to know what you're looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. Please email us the details and we can let you know if or when it is possible.


Do I have to book a rental to order from the a la carte collection?

Nope! Although our collections pairs perfectly with each rental, you're not required to book a rental to order our fresh arrangements, but your a la carte order must be $500+.
