How to Rent



  1. CHOOSING YOUR RENTAL
    Select 'Shop Rentals' from our menu to select your favorites
    Things to consider when choosing which rentals are best for your event:
    Color Palette: Revery's rentals are classic and neutral palettes that coordinate with a wide range of event palettes. If neutral isn't your thing, then our 'Fresh Floral Customization Add-on' is for you! For this add-on, our designers will work with you to curate a selection of fresh floral varieties that will perfectly match the colors and design elements of your event and add these to your rental on your event day.
    Size: When selecting your rental, be sure to check your venue's entryway dimensions. Some of our rental items are bigger than a standard doorway.
    Multiple Rental Selection: Whether you'd like to secure a single rental, multiple rentals or a single rental with an add-on item use steps 2-5 below.

  2. RESERVATION
    Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click “add to cart”. 

  3. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
    Click on your cart and include the following information under Order Special Instructions. It is important you fill this out with the VENUE NAME and MANAGER, VENUE ADDRESS, VENUE EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER. Also include the PREFERRED DROPOFF and PICKUP TIMES for your special event.

  4. DELIVERY RADIUS
    Determine if your order is within our included radius of 35 miles from Copley, Ohio. All orders include delivery, setup, and a 9:00PM pickup, if delivery is within 35 miles of our warehouse located in Copley, Ohio.

    Pickups past 9:00PM will incur a separate fee, which can be found on our terms and conditions page here. The delivery cost for orders outside of 35 miles will be determined based on the desired location. Please email us and we can give you a quote for setup outside of our included delivery range or read on for more details and rates.

  5. CHECKOUT
    We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay, Venmo and Visa. We do not accept personal checks or payment onsite.
    If you're looking for our Payment Plan Options use the ShopPay option when checking out.

  6. AFTER CHECK OUT
    Once checkout is complete you will receive an email confirming your rental(s) including the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS you provided from step 3. If you need to update any of this info at any time please email us here. If we need any additional information or if you've selected the ' Fresh Floral Customization Add-on' then we will be in touch within 7 days. Additionally, in in the month leading up to your event we will contact you and your venue to reconfirm delivery time and coordinate rental pickup.

If your desired rental piece is unavailable for your preferred date, please reach out via email or the chat button in the right corner below. We're always adding to our inventory and may be able to accommodate your event.

 

2a. Special Instructions and Your Venue

In addition to providing us with the venue's name and manager, address, and venue contact info, along with desired delivery and pickup times at the time of checkout, you’ll need to confirm that the rental will fit in desired space and/or location (dimensions for all rentals are displayed on their listing page). 


We will work directly with your venue so you don’t have to be the go-between for set up, delivery, storage (if applicable), and pickup. We will contact your venue's manager between 4-8 weeks before the event date. If you are working with a planner or coordinator that you'd like us to keep in the loop, please include their info too when checking out. 3a. Delivery Radius

We will deliver your product, set it up, and pick it up for FREE within a 25 mile distance from Copley, Ohio, if your pickup is before or at 9pm. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, email or message us your event address and we will be happy to let you know. 
If your location exceeds 25 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles total.
Price is for one setup/location only. The price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

4a. Checkout and Payment Options

Full payment is due upfront at the time of purchase. We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay, Venmo and Visa. We do not accept personal checks or payment onsite.

5a. Arch Sizing and Moving Policy

Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through standard doorways. They have to be disassembled, which requires our movers and florist to stay onsite to dissemble, move to the desired spot and set it up again, and for our florist to arrange the florals again. Items that do not need to be taken apart still require only members of our team to move them due to insurance, our policy will not cover anyone outside our team if it is damaged during a move.
