Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

The Basics

Our Terms and Conditions outline the legally binding terms and conditions between you, the customer, and Revery Rentals, the owner of this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and us as the website owners. Our T&C are designed to meet the specific needs and nature of our website as an online store for high-end floral arches, altars, and backdrops. We want to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience while shopping with us. Our T&C provide us as the website owners the ability to protect ourselves from potential legal exposure. However, this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so please seek legal advice if you have any concerns.

Terms & Conditions For Rentals:

Payments: We offer 2 payment options: the entire payment is due up-front or through a payment third party from our website that allows you to split up payments. All retainers of at least 25% of the total balance must be submitted with all orders. The retainer is deducted from the total price of the wedding/event.
Disclaimer: By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, some of them are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after, or referred to.
Balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. If payment of balance due is not made, flowers and decor will not be ordered, and this contract will be closed at the determination of Revery Rentals. If Revery Rentals determines the contract can still be fulfilled after this date and you wishes to continue the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for each 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you. Additions less than 30 days prior to the wedding/event, will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the wedding/event and must be paid within 24 hours. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available and pricing will be determined according to what is available. Color and style will be matched as closely as possible. Substitutions: Revery Rentals reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers or decor received are not of the quality suitable to wedding/event. The integrity of the proposed look and color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Revery Rentals will inform you if a dyed flower is being used and will not be held liable for staining to any garments due to their usage.
At the time of the initial retainer, adjustments can still be made to the invoice. Large additions and subtractions are accepted up until the balance is paid in full. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Any liability on the part of Revery Rentals is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee. Due to fluctuating flower prices, price increases may occur and will be passed onto the customer if their rental includes fresh flowers. The customer will be notified as soon as Revery Rentals is made aware of these increases. Revery Rentals will send the customer an invoice for the additional cost, to be paid within 30 days of the event. 
Price is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. If you need any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or anywhere else, an additional moving and setup fee may be required. Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through normal doorways. Some of them have to be dissembled, which will require our movers and/or florist to remove the florals, dissemble the item, transport it to the new location, then reassemble, and re-apply the florals. We require our own team to move any items unless approved from us prior to the event. This is due to insurance, which will not cover anyone outside out team or a industry professional to handle our items. 
Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space. All rentals dimension are listed on the items page for reference
All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later then 9:00 PM, and delivery within 35 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9pm will incur an additional fee. The delivery cost for orders outside of 35 miles is typically a dollar a mile, but will be determined based on location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and/or florist. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based on these two factors. 
Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late-night pickup fee, which can be found below. However, we would prefer to try and work with your venue to pick the arch up the next day to avoid any fees! In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we will contact your venue's manager (and cc you on the emails) to confirm pickup times to try to avoid any additional fees.

If a late-night pickup fee is deemed unavoidable after talking to your venue a separate invoice will be sent to you for the appropriate amount. This invoice MUST be paid prior to the event. Failure to pay this invoice may result in forfeiture of the secured rental on the booked date
Product Handling: No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the altars, arches, or backdrops of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements. The arches cannot be in the rain due to damage. If rain is in the forecast within the time of delivery/setup and your ceremony time we will contact you, venue manager or day-of coordinator to determine the rain plan.
No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior approval. Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 3 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item.
Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned.

Venue and Location Limitations: Revery Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Revery Rentals will offer technical recommendations only.  Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Revery Rentals.
Cancellations: We require a 90 day cancellation notice, otherwise your retainer cannot be partially refunded. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your retainer free of charge to another date. Retainers will not be refunded in full, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institution for refunds, and may include the fees associated with us making this available online for you to rent online. Revery Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Revery Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Revery Rentals will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Revery Rentals informs you. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Revery Rentals before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be  entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Terms & Conditions For A La Carte Fresh Wedding Flowers:

Customer Cancellation

This agreement may be terminated by written notification to JorgieLee only. If received less than sixty (60) calendar days in advance of your scheduled event, fifty percent (50) of the expected charges will apply. However, Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee will honor 50 percent of the total order(s) and charges paid towards a future event, dated within one calendar year from the date of the originally scheduled event. If not, Customer agrees to full forfeiture of deposits. If cancellation is within thirty (30) days of your scheduled event, one-hundred percent (100) of the expected charges will apply. Payment for liquidated damages due as a result of the cancellation of the agreement shall be made at the time of cancellation.


Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding or special event. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.

Force Majeure

If Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee is hindered in or prevented from the performance of any act required under this agreement by reason of strikes,lockouts, labor troubles, or other industrial disturbances, failure of power, unavailability of any utility service, restrictive governmental laws or regulations or mandates, acts of public enemies, war, blockades, riots, insurrections, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, pandemics, civil disturbances, damage to facilities (by fire, flood, earthquake, or weather-related acts of God), failure to act, or default of another party, or other reasons beyond Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee's control, Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee is to not be held liable for damages caused to the client. In the event of cancellation on Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee’s behalf due to a force majeure event, the service can be rescheduled for a future date if rescheduling can be done in a time frame that is found reasonable to Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee and the Client. If the event and rental dates cannot be rescheduled, this agreement, and any related addenda, will be terminated.

Floral Longevity

Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee guarantees the quality of all arrangements and decor arrangements delivered. We will schedule delivery and installation based on the wedding timeline, weather conditions and installation length to ensure that the florals remain in the best condition possible, for as long as possible. Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee will do the necessary and most appropriate measures to ensure floral longevity such as utilizing wet foam, preservative sprays, water picks, etc. Beyond that, there are many other factors that can damage or wilt flower/arrangement that our out of Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee's control. Revery Rentals in partnership with JorgieLee is not responsible for damage to flowers or arrangements after 'Delivery' and 'Setup' is complete due to rough handling, unnecessary moving of arrangements or extreme weather.
